Merguez/Mergaz, a distinctly unique taste of North Africa that is because of the harissa, paprika, cumin, coriander and other spices with which they’re made. The meat in these wonderful sausages is always either beef, lamb, or a mixture of the two but never pork, and although they’re ubiquitous throughout North Africa, they are not always so easy to find in Australia. If you can’t get hold of any, use our spices and make your own any time of the week. The taste, flavour, and smell that you get from the sausages is something that you have never experienced before.
There is no definitive combination of spices that creates up the Merguez sausages’ spices. Each shop, company, or person could have their own mix. The mixture carries with it several spices of which most of them are specific to the region. Ingredients are also cooked before being ground and mixed along.
The Algerian Merguez spices are not usually too hot, but give the most amazing taste and flavour to your sausages.

Overall your web site is really interesting. I found the products you offer intriguing and your range is a variety of georgous things that any one would love to have. It is becoming a rare thing these days to be able to have handmade products in your home and as jewellery for that matter. Uniqueness usually comes at a high price but I am surprised to learn that your prices are very affordable. The only suggestions I could make are merely minor details and probably not so important such as the percentage figures on the sale discounts are rather small and don't really stand out, you might want to try enlarging those to be more visible to the naked eye. Other than that the site offers history, knowledge and basically good product.. so congratulations!
