I always felt confident that this business offered a personal service and that I could contact Mr.Hacene should I require any help. Improvements I would like to suggest are: - that more specific measurements are added to items, so customers can know exactly what to expect as this makes the shopping process easier - that overseas shipments are packaged more securely / adequately to prevent damage to items - that more stock such as women's jewellery items from the Chaoui region could be added. La robe que j'ai commandé était très satisfaisante, elle est arrivé largement dans les temps, et les changements que j'avais demandé ont été pris en compte et les mesures ont été bien appliquées et la robe m'allait très bien. En gros pas de points négatifs hors mis une toute petite tache de feutre qu'on a essayer d'enlever ce qui a un peu altéré le tissus sur le devant, mais je pense que ça arrive rarement. Je recommande donc ce site à  tous le monde, la qualité est irréprochable. Je referai commande sans hésitation. Et surtout assistance et service après vente plus que satisfaisant, merci pour cela.

Azul fellawen Cela fait quelques semaines que j'ai découvert ce site berbére et c'est presque chaque jour que je rentre pour l'exploiter de plus en plus. Ce que j'ai aimé dans ton site Hacene est le fait que tu as inclus un peu de tout : la poésie, l'histoire, les traditions,........etc .De penser a inclure : les sites, les travaux, accomplies par les autres ma beaucoup touché, car cela prouve ta bonne foie de vouloir valoriser et rendre connu tout ce qui a rapport avec nous les berberes. En décembre j'étais dans la région des Kel Tamacheq près de Djanet, rien À voir avec la langue berbère du Haut-Atlas au Maroc. Et j'ai en effet l'impression d'entendre des différences entre la langue d'Inzanzaren et de Tinariwen! Vous etes Kabyle d'Algérie... donc vous parlez plutot comme Idir ;-!? Je recherchais une paire de boucle d'oreilles particulière et j'ai trouvé ce site. Malheureusement, il n'y en avais pas en vente. Alors j'ai pris contact et on m'a proposé de la commander si il la trouverais lors d'un voyage dans le désert algérien. A son retour, j'ai reçue un mail ainsi qu'une photo pour me prévenir qu'il l'avait trouvé. Elles sont magnifiques, le produit est de grande qualité, Je les ai reçue très rapidement. Your website is unique in itself and only needs minor variations possibly to improve the homepage by changing the layout of the page. Maybe having the writing down the sides and having the pictures in the centre with links below them to make it easier for your customers to find certain products. Possibly a black background will be nicer than a grey one. Other than that I think you have done well, your genuine authentic products & fantastic prices will attract customers. Overall your web site is really interesting. I found the products you offer intriguing and your range is a variety of georgous things that any one would love to have. It is becoming a rare thing these days to be able to have handmade products in your home and as jewellery for that matter. Uniqueness usually comes at a high price but I am surprised to learn that your prices are very affordable. The only suggestions I could make are merely minor details and probably not so important such as the percentage figures on the sale discounts are rather small and don't really stand out, you might want to try enlarging those to be more visible to the naked eye.
