Nous mettons à votre disposition un appartement F3 presque neuf pour location saisonnière dans la ville d’Azeffoun, wilaya de Tizi-Wezzu du 01 Juin 2017 au 20 septembre 2017.
Tarifs:
(88m2 + 35m2 de cour meublé et cloturé pour votre sécurité).
1. Du 1 au 30 Juin et du 1 au 30 Septembre: 5500DA par nuit.
2. Du 1 Juillet au 31 Août: 6500DA par nuit.
3. Le reste reste de l'année: 4000DA par nuit.
Pas de location de moins de 3 jours.
Cet appartement est superbement situé au plein cœur de la grande ville d’Azeffoun. A pied, vous avez 2 minutes aux cafés, restaurants et transports publics, et 5 minutes de la plage.
Veuillez télécharger le contrat de location et tous les détails que vous devez savoir dans l’onglet ‘Télécharger’ d’à côté. Vous devez le lire attentivement et nous le renvoyer sans signature après avoir compléter la réservation avec le paiement complet y compris le Dépôt de garantie de 250€ qui est remboursable en entier en 2 semaines dès lors que le bailleur et le locataire sont d’accord. Cela vous permettra de réserver la propriété à l’avance. Le contrat sera signé avec nous le jour même que la location commence après avoir visité et accepté les conditions de location.

Thank you very much for all the information regarding the pendent, I was hoping that it came from Tizi Ouzou. My ex boyfriend is from that town and gave me a beautiful ring, that matches the pendent I found on your site, so I was really very happy.
