This beautiful and unique Ring is handmade by the Kabyle (Amazigh or Berber) people of Algeria using the pure silver 950 and Mediterranean red coral in the shape of a 3D rose. The artisans are mainly using hand and traditional tools; it could take them hours to make one single piece of art such as this one. It is made with passion and love to the culture. The artisans are only using pure products such as the Mediterranean red coral and pure silver 950.
What is Kabyle Jewellery (Jewelry):
The Native people of North Africa are called Imazighen (Amazigh for singular), where we can find different dilects such as Kabyle, Tuareg, Chawi, Shelfi, Amazigh, Rifi, Mouzabit, etc. The Kabyles refers then to the Amazigh/Berber people of the Northern part of Algeria, they are specialised in a lot of handcrafted artifacts such as Pottery and ceramics, Berber Rugs, and Silver Jewellery with pure Mediterranean red coral for hundreds of years. They excel in it all in keeping its traditional aspect of it, they are never mass produced and they are never identical as they have always been handmade one by one.

Hacene, thank you for your notification, I shall look forward to receiving the Sand Roses. And it is exciting to think my belts are being handmade especially for me in Algeria - it is obviously a fascinating country. I'm too old to travel now, but love learning about places I have never seen. The photos (modern and old) are fascinating. I run a very tiny gift shop in a very tiny place (Lemon Tree Passage). The shop is part of the waterside unit my husband Ray and I live in. Not to make a profit, but to keep me occupied and interested as he is an invalid now. The community is getting familiar with the fact that The Little Gift Shoppe always has something unusual. Not that you need to know all that, but I had to compliment you on your web site. I don't know who has created it for you, or if indeed you have put it together yourself, but whichever applies, it is one of the best sites, both from content and composition that I have visited. Hello Hacène I received my order today. All the objects are lovely, where in good condition, except the wing of the teapot that arrived broken. No big deal, I used some special glu, and its fixed. Great Customer service. Good price range for the quality of products offered. Hacene was very flexile for the delivery location and time. The items were much better than on the photos!! We will surely come back to shop again.
