It is the right of all our customers to return a purchased product either from our website or from our physical sale point at the following conditions:
1. The Product has to be returned within 14 days of its purchase.
2. The product returned has to be in its original condition when it was sold.
3. The product returned will be at the customer’s expense to get it to the address provided by Berbero Saharan Handicrafts (BSH).
4. At the receipt of the returned product, the BSH customer care will assess it before taking any action.
5. If the product is faulty, BSH has the right to ship a replacement product if the same product is available in stock at BSH expense.
6. If the product is faulty and is out of stock; the customer will then be given a choice of either a full refund less the shipping cost or a replacement with a similar or different product of equal or lesser value at BSH expense.
7. If the customer decides to return the product because they no longer need it or changed his/her mind; refer to step 2 and step 3. If the product was returned in its original condition, the customer will be given a store voucher for an equal or lesser value less the shipping cost, which will be extra.
8. Berbero Saharan Handicrafts will take no responsibility for any untracked or uninsured parcel. It is then the responsibility of the customer to insure they choose the right shipping method.
