Modern decoration with Berber jewellery on all object types
It is an honour and a privilege to present this artisan family ABID, a small company founded in 1998 in the beautiful and famous city of Azazga located 37km from the capital city of the province of Tizi-Ouzou. Mouloud, a member of the artisan family is the pioneer of this noble craft activity; who then taught the rest of his family with love for his Amazigh roots.
The activity consists of making decorative forms of Kabyle jewellery and Amazigh symbols on different objects, materials and shapes. The decorations can be placed on pottery, glass, wall, canvas, wood and metal.
The video below will give you a good indication of the variety of products that can be made and even how the work is done, but without giving too much detail of course. Artisans have indeed confirmed that they can decorate any object with any custom pattern, and they can even decorate the car of the bride, wow!
In the long term, they want to make an extension of their business to create employment and also to further promote our beloved culture in the world.
