I am very happy with the service i received from Hacene. We had a lot of issues with Australian Post! eventually it was all sorted thanks to his help. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I hope he finds a better postal provider in the future.

I wanted an unglazed tagine, and this one is perfect. The service was excellent and the tagine arrived quickly, and very well packed. Excellent shopping and cultural information.

Hi, Simply a brilliant service. I have dealt with numerous online websites for shopping, but nothing came to close to the personal, respectful and courteous contact as I did with the staff at Berbero Saharan. The rug is in beautiful shape, the material is pristine and culture seeps through it. I'm in love with it and have received many good compliments and feedback from Canadian and non-Berber friends. Shipping was very reasonable and extremely quick (5 business days to Canada from Australia) as well considering Berbero Saharan charges you the exact price of shipping as opposed to marking it up like other websites! I ordered a bracelet on berbeosaharan web site, and not only it was easy to go through the site to check the different models and to choose and order, but also the delivery was even faster then expected. You did a very good job on the bacelet design. You will need to put more pictures per product on the web site, since the bracelet was even better that I was seeing on its picture. Thanks again and keep going

The customer service at Berbero Saharah is excellent. I ordered a beautiful tagine which I didn\'t realise was only for serving, not cooking. Luckily they had the foresight to hold off on sending it out and contacted me first to confirm whether I still wanted the tagine. I was able to exchange for another one which is for cooking, and am looking forward to enjoying lots of delicious meals!
